Healthy Cooking Classes
Following the success of our Autumn session of cooking classes, we are launching into winter session starting Jan 7! Check out class listings here!
Students benefited from learning about how to cook ancient grains and legumes, to cooking with seaweeds and eating seasonally! We baked up a storm in the gluten-free baking class and sourdough baking classes! Of course food preservation classes were very popular in the Autumn Session, but did you know that you can continue to preserve food through the winter? Making apple and pear chips, sauerkraut and kimchi are all healthful foods that you can make year-round! We got great feedback from the students too!

Having started up in 2010 with just a blog and a vision to help get real nutrition information and healthy cooking skills to home cooks, we are happy to now have a bigger and better web presence! We have made it easier than ever to learn about upcoming healthy cooking classes, register online, contact us, browse our new blog and keep in touch with the newsletter! Educational videos will be featured too!
